Kadra Jordan has over 20 years of professional experience as a coach, referee, and player. Beyond coaching she has played overseas in Germany, Turkey, and Paris; and participated in travel club exhibition games. Since 2000 she has coached over 200 athletes and currently has four Name Image and Likeness (NIL) clients.
She is the CEO and Founder of Nxt Step Enterprises Brand and Marketing Agency. Nxt Step was created to connect youth and student athletes to partnerships and entrepreneurial endeavors aligned with educational and career pursuits in the sports industry. Kadra is far more than a coach and connector, she serves as a mentor and advocate for the athletes.
